Dr. Firas Bannout, MD

VERY CARING, PROFESSIONAL, HAD TO WAIT AWHILE TO SEE HIM, BUT HE TOOK HIS TIME WITH MY VISIT.

Dr Bannout is always friendly, never has once rushed me out. He always takes time to listen and cares about my health. He has been my doctor for close to 20 years and I would never change my doctor. I am 100% satisfied with him. The waiting room time leaves a lot to be desired at times but I am willing to wait for a doctor who genuinely cares about me.

Dr. Bannout is very thorough he explains the test results and he makes sure that you get the refills if needed. If you have any concerns he will send you to wherever you need to be to a specialist if needed. The wait is a bit long.

When I see my Doctor I feel better and when he tells me that my health looking good thank you God.

Dr Bannout always sits there and listen to my complaints and tell me what to do about them and sends me to where I needs to go

As always great visit with our Doctor Bannout. We don't mind the wait because he doesn't rush us out the door. Explain what is best for us and ask if we are ok with the plan. Won't go anywhere else.

Dr. Bannouth has been my Primary care doctor over 15 years. His practice has grown so have the different type services Southcoast offers. As a doctor he listens to patients and has feedback for the medical issues. His staff is very kind and helpful. They do show compassion, empathy, and sincere kindness towards patients.

I had a good visit. Dr . Bannout is always very nice and efficient. He answers all my questions. Everyone in the office is also very nice. I did not have to wait long.

This isn’t so much about the physician as it was about the professionalism and organization of the office. I sat in the waiting room for 1 hour until my vitals were taken. Then, I waited another 30 minutes but was never called back. At 90 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I asked to reschedule because I needed to get back to work. The front counter staff was pleasant, but I wasn’t even offered an apology for being 90 minutes late to get me back for my routine exam.
