Dr. Firas George Hougeir, MD

Had to call the office three times before getting a response. My recommendation is to see the doctor and I have advised those I refer to do so. As a patient, I expect that my concerns will be heard and taken seriously. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed and ignored during my visit which left me anxious and uncertain about whether my care needs were being met. The lack of attention and disregard for my input directly affected my trust in the care that I received. I should not have had to call the office three times for a response for a week. Patients deserve to have their voices heard and their concerns taken seriously. Failure to do so is a disservice to the patient. Very disappointed in the service I received. Listen to the patient when a concern is explained and ask questions when in doubt to determine the correct treatment.

Dr is VERY BAD read the reviews and I can only agree with them. He does not deserve to practice medicine and needs his license suspender. If you feel you have been ripped off call the Department of Law, Dept of Insurance, Medical Boar, and file a complaint. Its not the money he charges its the principal that he is getting away with his FRAUD. If you call his billing department they have a recording they will call you back the next day. They will not call back. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR

He looked at my scalp for about 30 seconds, then sent me out the door, without a full exam, then I get a bill for twice the amount I was told the office visit would cost, I would suggest you find someone else if you want to be treated with respect, he’s rude and doesn’t listen to his patients! I’m making an appt with another Dr.! Good luck!!

Do Not Go To This Doctor he is a rip off does not give you an exam No telling what he reported to the insurance company

I went to Dr. Hougeir to have him look at my lips. I had very bad wrinkles around and in my actual lips. This is the sweetest doctor I have ever met. He greats you with so much enthusiasm, listens to what you are looking for and advises you of options. He takes the time to explain each option to you, how they work and what the results will be. I am very pleased with the results and I believe I now look much younger. He advised me of additional procedures that I could have, and I had one additional procedure done that day. Due to the results I am planning to have more things done in the future. This is a great place, I'm so glad I found Dr. Hougeir.

He scared my face for nothing, was more interested in using the freeze spray and charging money then helping his patient. I needed surgery and went to another doctor in Power Springs and was glad I did. It turned out to be a complex surgery and left a small scar. I think Hougeir would have messed it up. He works much to fast and did not appear to be concerned..

Dr. Hougeir rocks! He works fast, which is probably why some do not like his manner. But he is extraordinarily friendly, and his skills are world class. He treated several skin cancers, including MOHS surgery. I'd recommend him, and his staff to anyone.
