Dr. Frances Javier Aquino Sanchez, MD

I was hesitant to place this comment for a while. Actually this doctor seems unprofessional, she gave me several misdiagnoses. He sent me erroneous medications that sent me to Urgent Care and also sent me a specialist because according to her I had heart problems and when I was in the specialist he told me that it was my primary doctor's mistake because I was in perfect condition. Think about it before consulting with her is my advice.

I am very satisfied with the Doctors skill and experience, but it is so hard to reach someone in the clinic and you are put on hold for ever. I have been trying to reach the doctors office over a period of more than a week and have not received a return phone call. The wait time is terrible they ask you to be there at 1030AM and you are not called until three hours later, mind you that there are fasting patients who are diabetic and they don't care. This clinic needs to do better with following up on phone calls because nobody is calling just to chat we are patients that bring work to this center and have to be treated like we don't matter and disregard your phone calls!
