Dr. Frank Peter Cricchio, MD

Dr. Cricchio is the best ever! Has helped me with my medical problems . Times that I have been hospitalized Dr Cricchio has always been there every day to see how I’m doing there isn’t many Dr’s that do that at all. He is very devoted to his patients in every which way possible. My husband and I are very happy with him. My son and daughter in-law also see him and they also feel the same way. He has a heart of gold and he makes you feel very comfortable He treats you like he really cares and you don’t find that with many Dr.’s all I can say he’s the Best!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Criccio for many yrs. I moved out of Rockland about 5 yrs. ago but never found another dr. as compassionate and caring as Dr. C. I still work in Rockland and one day I was not feeling well, passed out at work and one of my co workers drove me to Good Sam ER. They asked me who my dr. was and I replied Dr. Criccio but I haven't seen him in yrs. They called him and when he heard I was admitted he came over that evening leaving his family. He came every night ,sat on the edge of the bed talking to me . He oversaw all my treatment and never missed a beat. It is worth me traveling to continue using him as my primary dr. He is the best!

He is the nicest Dr. I was rushed to the hospital thinking of having a stroke I got to good sam hospital in and out of it within 45 minutes the Dr was there in his street clothes leaving his family and the dinner table that should say it all he did not leave until I was stable great man

Dr Cricchio is an amazing doctor. He sits down and actually TALKS to you. He always expresses concern when I don’t feel well. He will not prescribe medication unless absolutley necessary.

Had to call Dr. Cricchio today about pain medicine for my daughter. She's been a patient of his for a long time. Nice Dr. but the staff is something else, as other reviewers have stated too). "Jennifer "responded that she could not have any medicine because she was on a pain med already. (Like who died and left her BOSS!) .Note that my daughter has not had any pain med in over a month and a half. When I asked Jennifer "What is she suppose to do then?, she slammed the phone down on me. The reviews about the staff are right: Horrible. Time to let this one go, Dr. Cricchio. if I was the BOSS, she would never last. Your patients are what pays your bills, and Jennifer's salary. The girl needs an "ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT" BIG TIME..... Makes you wonder how such a nice Dr. can have such a nasty staff...... Rating would be higher if Dr. Cricchio would return calls on time, (if he even got them from his staff), and if his staff adjusted their attitude.)

Dr. Cricchio is a very compassionate doctor and not likely to prescribe medications unless necessary. However, I have had 2 occasions in which I was not given the results of testing. No one called me back. I feel like going there was a waste of my time. Marissa is a sweet and good NP, but the staff is not at all friendly. Wish he could get better people there. I would imagine it was the staff who was supposed to get back to me and it has been 3 days since my blood tests with no feedback at all

He is a very compassionate doctor. He takes the time to explain the problem and works with you to see that the best way to handle your case is examined. However, I agree with the others that the staff could be friendlier, except for Marissa, who is very good and pleasant.
