I was left a voicemail by Evelyn stating my insurance denied me a ct scan 2 day before my ct scan was due. Inside that voicemail that lasted 4 minutes. Evelny and 2 other ladies laughing at me, one being proud of how she talked to me, one said I could go deal with the Dr. 3 ladies in the office who still have jobs discussing my issues laughing about me not being approved. The Dr. Goes alone with his lying workers and said it was my fault. Sorry Dr. 1 you should believe someone with a voicemail that your workers were in fact Gossiping about me violating my hipaa rights. 2 you shouldn't tell a customer I was wrong because I wasnt. I decided to give you a chance, So I had a appt the week after this happened i was sent to see Evelyn again, all she had to do was call my insurance and verify if I would be able to get this in office procedure done. 1 month has came and gone and nothing back from her or anyone else!. I feel some resentment from her and the office. My time was wasted. I'm… still having issues breathing. So I'll take my money elsewhere?

The Dr is just okay. The ladies gossip about patients, and they are complete liars to the Dr. You can hear the ladies taking about people after they leave the office. The front desk are always on their cell phones. If you are in the union don't give them your money find another Dr

WORST DR.EVER SLOB.............

I first saw Dr. Lopatin 14 years ago when my previous ENT moved out of state. Dr.Lopatin correctly diagnosed a problem with my inner ear bones and corrective reconstruction surgery.was needed. Thanks to his diagnosis, I regained much of my hearing in that ear. I visited him again recently due to losing my sense of taste and smell. I am now recovering from sinus surgery and cannot thank him enough for giving me back my 2 senses. I would highly recommend Dr. Lopatin and his staff. They were very helpful during my ordeal.

I went to see Dr. Lopatin on a referral from my doctor about my sinuses. Dr. Lopatin was very knowledgeable. The surgery went well, and my recovery is going very good.

Dr. Lops tin cured my positional vertigo 15 years ago. He's a lifesaver!

Before having anything done by this doctor, get a second opinion. He is constantly going from room to room after every little thing he does to help you with your problem. He seems to run his office like a production line. Really doesn't care to hear your input.

rudest staff ever. i over heard the "office manager" yelling on the phone on a personal call AT the front desk area. The other girls were gathered around laughing and carryng on. Totally rude and unprofessional staff, especially the heavy set pretty lady who would not stop talking about a bar in Wyandotte.

I also had Dr Lopatin botch my deviated septum surgery...TWICE...very disappointed with his services. His staff is rude and have personal conversations about what they are drinking after work. Horrible!
