I will never go back to this guy.

Dr. Rao is the best. He has excellent manner and knowledge of his field.

He is very thorough and caring, I r ecommend him to anyone needing a Urologist.

Had to have a procedure done, Dr Rao said see you at 10. No one told him when to be at the facility or what facility to be at. Handed him a pamphlet and said don’t eat anything after 12:00. He called several numbers last night and they all said to be here at 8:30 am. We went to wrong facility first, get to the correct facility and was told we didn’t have to be here til 10:30 am. I put all the blame on the office staff, horrible management and horrible service. Put the patient first, not every patient has had a procedure done by you and they are not mind readers. I’ve noticed a lot of bad reviews, I really hope office management takes these reviews to heart and start caring about their patients. Quit treating them like an assembly line.

I have spent years with this horrific pain in my lower abdomen and in/out of er and drs appts. no help anywhere..until I was lucky to be given a name..Dr.Rao. went and he knew right away I had IC..interstitial cystitis a horribly painful bladder condition. The test proved he was right and I had one of the worst cases ever. while there is no cure yet,he has made my life at least alil more bareable and he has never given up for over 10 years now..oh yeah and he is 100% a gentleman and friend to his patients.Thankx soo much doc.

A friend referred me to Dr. Rao for erectile dysfunction. I was never asked what meds I am already taking, he proceeded to prescript a drug I had to buy at his office. They wanted me to buy a months supply but I only bought ten pills. Both of these raised red flags for me. When I looked up this pill online I found I cannot take it, tried to return it to them but they refused to refund my money. He also prescribed an injection that I would need a separate appointment for and was not given the name of it. There is a specific pharmacy I have to get it from, when I called them they would not give me the name of the drug. This man is a quack, stay away.

Wonderful personality and went over and above what most doctors would do for a patient. My husband is so much better than he was five years ago. Dr. Rao would not give up on my husband's problem. Nothing but good things to say about him.

Very nice. Professional. He took time to explain what he was going to do and the follow up I would need. Talked to me like a friend. Didn't feel rushed.
