This dr is rude rude RUDE! She doesn't listen to anyone and I've seen her be rude to patients and rude to her staff! Her staff is great and always attends to my needs but would never NEVER recommend this doctor.

I went to the office before and I was helped by the male dr. who was there, for my 3rd app. they schedule me with her for whatever reason. She really made me feel like my health was not important, I told her about my concern with my heart and she told me I was too young to have issues but I should get a lab test and go see a cardiologist. Turns out i was actually sick of my heart! I know most people want to feel like their doctor is their friend and support, well she is not friendly, very short with her answers and not patient at all. I was expecting an invoice for my visit and never got it, 3 months later I got a letter from collections trying to make me pay $10!! I called the office and told them that I can definitely afford $10 and if they would have send me the invoice this would have never happen, specially because I called a few times asking if they figured out how much my copay was. people will not welcome you when you walk in and they are a hot mess.

She's cold,racist, rude and very unprofessional. I came in her office of new patient and she accepted my new insurance and it took them an hour and a half to room me and when they did they weren't making eye contact and when the doctor came in she asked me irrelevant questions and then she asked me if I had a social security and I said what does that have to do with my health. She told me I had high blood pressure with only one reading so she said that she was going to give me the cheap medication because she said that I couldn't afford the brand name. I requested labs and she said there's no need for them it's normal for your kind (meaning my race ) DO NOT GO TO HER!!

I completely agree with most of the reviews of Agastya. The description of Cold, Rude, Rude,short,not thorough at all! The only tests she has ever done for my daughter were at the request of myself! I do a better job diagnosing my family's issues then Agastya does. Her office doesn't even take all of your vitals my daughter has a history of asthma and was being seen for shortness of breath and sore throat and her oxygen levels or temp weren't even checked until I requested it. Every time you ask Agastya a question it is met with attitude and rudeness she doesn't take the time to listen to her patients and doesn't remember their history. My son's Dr, remembers more about my daughter than this woman does! This is due to her not caring about her patients, their history or what they have to say! Bedside manner absolutely sucks and she checks your lungs and heartbeat thru your clothing..Who does that?? Notice how I referred to her by her name, I don't feel she even deserves the title of M.D… I have never in my life met someone less qualified to treat patients! Please trust these reviews I did not read them and now wish I had..This rating system is not accurate all of the rates are either 0 or 1 for me theses services were not moderate they were mediocre and sub-par

I am a long time patient of Dr. Agastya and I am VERY pleased with the care I've received.It's seldom difficult to get an appointment and I've never had to wait more than a few minutes in the waiting room.The best thing about her is that she really takes the time to listen to me.
