Love the doctor he’s very down to earth but his office staff is useless. Had a visit on Monday. I was told I would receive a phone call on Wednesday from the staff yo set up a test but no phone call, left them a message on Thursday, and it’s now Friday and still no call back.

Dr. Arangorin and his staff are very friendly and helpful for all my needs and actually will take the time to explain something that I may not understand. I have never felt rush out.

Best family doctor we have seen in almso 20 years of living in the Orlando area. Thank you for making us feel at ease. You treat your patients like real human beings, and not just numbers. You have a winderful support staff helping you take care of your patients. We appreciate you all.

Dr. Arangorin and his staff are wonderful, we wish we found them sooner. Great bedside manner, excellent expertise with follow up & customer service second to none. It's a rare combination that you just don't find in most practices these days. Katherine is the best medical front office staff we have encountered, by far. She can do it all and she doesn't miss a beat with her work and professionalism even when there are tons of clients and phone calls coming in. Joanne is also very efficient and friendly. Thank you Dr. Gene, Katherine, Joanne, Liza and Eric.

The staff was great but the doctor was horrible. I saw good reviews but at some point he must’ve stopped caring. I got in on the hour on time for my appointment and it wasn’t till 1 hour and a half later that I actually saw the doctor. As soon as he walked in I knew he was going to be horrible. He never shook my hand, he never introduced himself, and he never made eye contact with me. He was extremely dismissive and short with me. Really… this is how you treat a new patient!Thank God I’m generally healthy but I did have a few concerns but very dismissive about them. Prior to coming I read my Quest Diagnostics blood panel report. There were a few things out of range that I had to bring up because he never did. I was overdue for a physical and had to request an EKG and they never did do a urinalysis although I asked for one. Thank God I’m generally healthy .Would hate to see what would happen if I was actually sick.

Most professional DR I have ever had, which is why I refuse to leave him. I moved to largo Florida from Clermont Florida almost a year ago, Dr A.” I call him has treated me for the last 6-years. May be longer I went in the first day after transferring from a complete opposite DR. I like the way DR A ran all blood work and tests on me the first day I seen him for my appointment to see if there is anything I should or he should know Or be concerned about, Thank God! I had some problems and we adjusted those and on meds for it. He’s very compassionate, he also empathizes with what is going on with his patients, I have never had anything bad to say again as I stated DR A.. & his staff is amazing I never once have gotten any kind of attitude of any kind from any of his nurses or nurse staff, I really like his staff on his team & Dr A of course! I hope to be seeing him for a lot longer! He really cares about the patients and knows you when he see you and remembers things I would not… expect, he is super awesome, I absolutely feel/ safe & Comfortable in his care . They are the best, I could not ask for a better DR for my health . Thank you Dr A Best , Regina & Jackie Grant

I have been a patient for almost 2 years now and I will says he is straight forward about telling you what needs to be done. So if you are sensitive and need your hand held and get your feelings hurt easy well this might not be your Dr. I dont like Dr's but glad I found one that I can trust.
