Done a awesome job on me with the gastric sleeve

Had multiple complications after surgery with him. He seemed to care that there was a problem.

Dr. Webb is very personable, answers questions, is kind & understanding. His office staff & at Memorial Hospital were great. I had my gastric sleeve 5 years ago, lost 60 lbs, and this was the best present to myself ever! Have maintained my goal weight since. For me, the recovery was fairly easy, quick, and was not hard to do the weight loss, because you CAN'T overheat. For the first time, I actually felt full, and that has kept my weight down,because I stop eating when I feel full. You MUST change how you eat to maintain the weight loss. I would have never lost the weight without the help of Dr. Webb. I am forever grateful.

My first office visit lasted about 5 minutes after waiting for almost an hour to see the doctor. Bedside manner was something I never saw out of Dr. Webb. He performed my surgery, didn't speak w/ my family afterwards, and didn't give me proper post-op instructions. I was charged $444 for my 5 minute office visit. When I talked w/ the billing department about helping me out w/ my charges, I was told that could do nothing for me. I am in school and needed some help, but they were unwilling to budge even a little bit. I would not recommend this experience to anyone.
