Dr. George John Seretis, DO

Waiting room is packed , no cleaning and sanitizing being done , no social distancing, no room for wheel chair patients and walkers , bathroom is outside of the office in the hallway , had to collect a urine Sample from a disabled patient in a public bathroom. Had blood work done a week ago and no one can tell us the results and charges a fee for physical forms .

Rude staff. Rude doctor. He has the attitude that he's doing you a favor. He isn't the only show in town. I'm finding another doctor

Rudest office ever....wait time is rediculous

Staff ( including triage RN and office manager "Patty" who refused to give last name ) were very demeaning and unprofessional . Went back and forth for 1/2 straight requesting a physician or nurse practitioner to call me back. Was just there 10 days prior for sinus infection and required stronger antibiotic. Was going out of town on business, home with sick 2 yr old with temps and bad respiratory infection so coming in was not an option. Was spoken to like a child and was refused a physician call back. Was told by office manager to have a neighbor watch my 2 yr old to come in or go to urgent care!! No compassion .. Cookie cutter office! No exceptions .. No personalization for specific patients. MD most likely oblivious to the staff's lack of professionalism . Pulling records from there ASAP!! Would not even send my dog to this office!

I see Dr. Seretis for a chronic condition and he always takes time to explain everything and answer my questions, as well as make sure I am comfortable with my treatment plan. His staff is wonderful and very professional to work with as well.

Everyone is polite, friendly as well as caring. Dr Seretis and Dr Bader are very thorough and it is by far the best family practice I have ever visited. Excellent staff as well.

The reason that you might have to wait in his office is because any patient that Dr. Seretis is with has his total and undivided attention. He will spend as much (or as little) time as you need, listening to you or examining.Best Dr. I've had in many years.
