I' was fortunate to have met Dr. Klein twelve years ago. Fortunate...is a huge UNDERSTATEMENT,,, He took me on as a patient in need of a very complicated hip replacement, when other doctors wouldn't or perhaps couldn't..He gave me hope that he could help...and help he did! He literally saved my life! I am eternally grateful to him and he is still my Orthopedic Surgeon. Thank you Dr. Klein!!!

I would highly recommend Dr. Klein. He and his staff are very professional and responsive to patients. I had both knees replaced by him several yrs apart. Anytime I had a problem or questions his staff was available right away. Anytime I needed an appt when a problem arose they fit me in quickly. He always explained things and took time to listen to me. He never pushed the replacements, he offered me other options first. My knee replacements changed my life and grateful to Dr Klein and his team. I wish Dr Klein success at his new office in Montvale.

My mother is a client of Dr Klein, she is elderly and handicap and pays a lot in medical bills. She has great insurance and a company was going to pay for her to get a knee brace until she’s able to get her knee operation. All they needed was Dr Klein to sign a paper saying she has bone on bone and arthritis and needs a brace (maybe take two minutes to sign a paper for a paying client of two years). His nurse ROBIN who has terrible manners answered the phone and her response was “he doesn’t do that, go to CVS and buy it yourself.” My mother asked several times if he could just sign a paper so she could get a better brace for her knee since she’s overweight the company would come measure her for free and provide her with a better brace then CVS. Nurse Robins response was, “ well I’ll try but it could take two weeks and your just going to sit in pain waiting because you don’t want to just buy one, your not the only client with bone on bone”. This office is money hungry, just wants to… push surgery on you for the big bills and they don’t want to take care of there clients. How about they stop being lazy and sign a paper to help clients and not be the judge and jury on if there clients can or can’t afford a $20 knee brace from CVS. Who is one nurse who gets paid well to say it’s affordable just pay it, purely based on her lazy efforts to not want to draft the paperwork for her boss to sign. When my mom gets the surgery I will be taking her to New York to a real doctor with caring nurses and they will be making the money, so there loss on a big payout surgery.
