Dr. Harold H Tsai, MD

Dr. Tsai seemed okay just very rushed. The front office staff are busy talking and laughing instead of taking care of patients. MA's nor the office manager, returns calls! I left 3 messages 6 weeks ago regarding pathology results and we still have not received a call. It's very discouraging to see the lack of care and concern from this office. Dr. Tsai needs to re-evaluate his team! Bad office staff can ruin a business faster than anything.

Dr. Tsai was okay, he was in and out of the exam room for a total of two minutes. The office staff never returns calls and are very unprofessional! No one is required to wear a mask, including physicians and staff. The front office staff are very loud and spend too much time talking and playing. I called and left three messages over a two week period for my husbands test results, and never received a call back. I called and requested to speak to the Office Manager but, she never returned my call either. This office is a total train wreck and could use a good office administrator!

Made major error in surgery and follow-up care was extremely poor

Dr. Tsai briefly and quickly explained the procedure an left the room. I asked a question about the procedure he did not explain. He was irate and shouted a reply. I would not go back to him. Goodby Dr. Tsai.

Dr. Tsai is an excellent doctor. Waiting time can be long. Most staff are great; however, some have no patience. They get stressed because of the number of calls. A mistake was made in my scheduling. The staff person was irrational and irritated with me a new patient!??

Dr Tsai is an amazing urologist. I started going to his office about 7 years ago and I must say that he is a very good doctor. He never rushed me or my husband out. He is always on time. No crazy wait in the rooms. He does recalls his patients as if you were there weekly ( thank god I am not ) I see him maybe 3 times a year. He explains everything to you in a very pleasent way and makes sure that you leave the office with a better understanding of what you need to do. I would recommend his. Great bedside mattes!!

Dr. Tsai has always been very knowlegedable and personable. Very competent.

I had a great experience with Dr. Tsai. He took his time with me and listened to my concern. He diagnosed my problem, which was kidney stones and was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend, Dr. Tsai.

Answers to questions seem evasive. The appointment seems to be rushed. There is a lack of interest in current patient status. He seems to have an intellectual understanding of prostrate cancer, but does seem able to provide practical suggestions.
