Dr. Miller is just awesome! I wish all doctors were just like her!

The office admins are so rude. They literally hang up on you when they are finished talking. I have had many interactions with them and never any more pleasant. It appears others have mentioned the same in reviews, I'm just not sure why nothing has been done. Dr. Miller and Cowan are very nice, but I cannot imagine they have not heard this complaint before. Poorly run business.

The front staff is very rude and unprofessional. Very short on conversations, yet plenty of time for themselves to talk to each other. I was there for about 5 times, the same horrible experience every time. I liked Dr. Miller so much but since she is not doing anything about it, I consider she is a part of the problem, too and I am out of there now.

The front desk ladies are rude, and seem overall annoyed with any questions. This is the face of the office, and they need to restaff.

Staff is short with their answers and then they hang up without getting your name or seeing if you have more to say. The MD said she Would put me on a med that did not exist which left my pharmacy to pick up the pieces. Amazingly awful!

Not happy. period. No personal attention or care for our time.

I called to schedule an appointment with this physician, and not only are her staff extremely RUDE but they will offer you an appointment in 4 months. That's really helpful. I would avoid this office just because of how the front staff choose to talk to people.

I love Dr. Miller! There is a very good reason why she maybe hard to get an appointment with or why her waiting room is crowded - she is the best doctor I have ever had. Dr. Miller helped me through my first pregnancy. Despite how busy she is, I dont recall the wait to see her being particularly long (at least compared to other doctors I have seen). Importantly, when I did see her, I never felt like she was rushing me through. Knowing that she will give me the time and attention I need helped me sympathize with Dr. Miller when she was running late giving that same courtesy to other patients. I was, mildly put, a very anxious first time mom; her ebullient personality mixed with her wonderful bedside manner was very reassuring for me. She was able to articulate complex medical issues in an authoritative yet easy understand manner. For example, when my husband and I faced the difficult choice of whether to get an amniocentesis, Dr. Miller spent considerable time guiding us through… the decision. I have tremendous confidence in Dr. Miller and feel fortunate to have discovered her as my obstetrician. I have no reservations about recommending her to anyone looking for an OB/Gyn.
