Dr. Kim gets to know your family and their health history. She takes the time along with her staff to keep you updated on any tests you might have. If you are concerned about something she is there trying to help find answers or at least pointing you in a direction you need to go. Honest without being rude. We need to lose weight..just the facts. Love this Doctor and her staff.

Dr. Kim is absolutely the best doctor I have ever been to. She actually takes as much time as needed and listens to every concern. She is great at explaining conditions and she goes over every option with you. Every time I go see her it feels like I am talking to a friend, which is a blessing.

Dr. Kim is an Awesome Doctor...Finally a doctor that listens to what the patients say and actually is genuine about how they feel and she is one of them rare doctors that actually runs test before giving you medication...She should be ranked as one of Mercy's top doctors....Absolutely Love Her..

Even though I think she has a great bedside manner and she is very good at what she does and diagnosis, she needs a nurse that has the same bedside manner and efficiency because there have been numerous problems since Patsy left and Stacy came into the position.

I have just recently moved away from Springfield and in the past month made that jump from being Dr Kim's patient to seeing another family dr as well as four other medical doctors/specialists (2 thoracic surgeons, a cardiologist, and an ER doc): NOONE comes close to giving the level of care that I received from Dr Kim and her office of professionals!! .. And I can say that having lived in five states and Canada.. if you are looking for a physician and she is accepting patients, thank God you are so lucky!!! While her patient she was able to diagnose a an illness for me that three other dr.s first misdiagnosed. She ALWAYS got my children in to see her without "waits". She is professional and yet personable. She is intelligent, intuitive, assertive to help, and for us, a "hero" many times over!! :)
