For days, I had to beg my daughter to go to the doctor for her asthma. My daughter hates anything not natural. I finally get there and Holly is short with me. She presents her ego when I ask questions. My daughter is a young adult fresh out of college. She became an adult during Covid. The last time she saw a doctor she was a child. This was her first appointment as an adult. It left her in tears. Holly explains to us what asthma was instead of listening to our concerns. My daughter had asthma since birth. If she looked at the chart she would have known that. We are not new to asthma or this practice. We were very disappointed with our visit.

I visited Dr. Mcpherson for hives. After 2 visits, one with her and her NP, I have come to the conclusion all they want to do is treat the symptoms and prescribe medication vs. finding the root cause of the illness and treating based on the cause. Dr. McPerson used medical terminology which is great if you are another doctor but as a patient, there was a lack of communication and empathy.
