I had an emergency room visit for sudden and severe vertigo. The ER doctor recommended a follow up appointment be made with Dr Palay. I called the following day to make the appointment and was by Dr Palay’s staff that they would not schedule an appointment for me and that “the emergency room would have to make the referral and that they knew that”. How unprofessional to put the patient in the middle of their issues! So, now, I’m left without follow up. I will be asking my PCP to help me and to schedule me with anyone other than Dr Palay - as I have zero confidence in the ethics, courtesy or professionalism of he or his staff.

Dr. Palay treated my son who was epileptic for a few years. He outgrew it as he said he would. I definitely would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a good neurologist.
