Ira Vidor, MD

I have been a patient of Pacific Eye Institute for about year. Everyone I have interacted with has been excellent until I met Dr Vidor. He might have had a bad day or because I was the last patient he just wanted to go home, I don't know. I just found him to be very condescending and really uninterested in my situation. I will still use Pacific Eye Institute because one bad experience will not spoil all the other positive experiences I have had. I just won't ever use Dr Vidor again.

Dr . Vidor did not introduce himself when he entered the exam room. He simply said, “How can I help you?” I had no idea who he was, as other staff had been rushing in and out. He spent less than 5 minutes with me-rather disappointing.

Dr. Vidorr is extremely knowledgeable with my current condition and trustworthy. I've had a previous surgery with him which was quite successful and satisfying. I look forward to nothing but great results for my upcoming surgery. Thank you

This was a 3 month follow-up appointment. I am very happy with the results. I had Mohs procedure on my eyelid ND Dr Vidor did the reconstruction. The eyelid is perfect and the repair is totally unnoticeable. Constructive criticism would be that the appointment scheduling and verification is a little dysfunctional.

Dr Vidor is highly professional and I trust his skill in performing my surgery which he said is relatively complex. His staff is friendly and helpful as well. I highly recommend Dr Vidor.

Dr Vidor was friendly and very informative. He explained the procedure that would probably need to be done. I have not had any work done yet so can’t speak to how the surgery went. His office pushed to get things done in a timely manner.

All of the staff members with whom I interacted were very pleasant and helpful. I was impressed with the efficiency of the office - I was given a surgery date and instructions for my procedure right away. Dr. Vidor was pleasant and very informative. He helped me decide to go ahead with the procedures he recommended.
