Dr. Platt is an excellent Internal Medicine physician, She has a pleasant demeanor, is very easy to talk to, listens patiently and never tries to rush thru an appointment. She explains the reason for her diagnosis to the satisfaction of her patient. I have been with her for 4 years and have never had a reason to complain.

Very professional and engaging with a sharp sense of humor. Extremely knowledgeable and encouraging regarding treatment and medical issues.

Staff do not take care of pts

Dr Platte takes the extra effort to make sure that I understand everything and has always been helpful. She makes my visits personable, I actually feel like she cares about my well being and not just another patient. She and her head nurse are wonderful and I'm so glad I have them both to help me lead a healthier lifestyle. This is the kind of service you don't mind paying for, it's worth it!!

I spent more time than I wanted in the waiting room but that is the norm in this clinic. Dr Platte was extremely professional and explained everything to me well. Fefore she left the room she made sure I knew how to take my meds and followed up with me everytime I had my blood drawn. More doctors should be like her.

Was told that I didn't have a reaction to a medicine and was laughed at by office staff and nurse for my phone call. I might add that I was experiencing vision loss and light sensitivity. Very abrupt manner and got the feeling she didn't really care. Ended up seeing my eye doctor and had Keratosis and another eye infection. I would not recommend this doctor. Also unprofessional and uncaring office staff. I don't think they would want someone laughing at them if they were experiencing vision loss.

She is always helpful, concerned and she follows up faithfully with me with any concern I have.

Felt as if she was rushed -- didn't want to really get to know me or what I needed. she has seemed very rushed and in a hurry to move on to the next patient. I scheduled a 30 minute appointment and she spent only 12 minutes with me.
