Dr. Jacklin Poladian, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacklin Poladian's for over 10 years and I couldn't be happier. Her care, advice and knowledge are substantial. Not only is she an amazing doctor, she has also managed to hire the best staff. They are all so on point with service and are helpful in any chance they have. Dr. Poladian also has the best technology for all the different types of exams. THANK YOU TO THE BEST TEAM!

Love going to this office the staff is always ready to jump in & help you. Dr Poladian is a gem of a Dr. She is very caring and kind individual . She will cover 100% of every aspects of the health concerns and never leaves stone unturned. Love seeing her, to me she is the best. S

This is a very shadey doctors office. Trust if the most important thing when it comes to picking a primary and if you're looking at this doctor I'd say run for the hills and try someone else. I had a physical with this doctor and was checked by the APRN. I was sent for blood work, which is normal. I then was called by the doctors office to set up an appointment in order to find out the results of my blood work. Have you ever been to a doctor that requires an appointment for blood work results? I haven't. This was the first. When I questioned it, I was told that the insurance allows it, so therefore they do it. This is the second time I noticed the doctors office going above and beyond to schedule me for phone visits that they bill at full price. Honestly, this has nothing to do with the money. Out of principle, I'm not letting myself be taken advantage of. If you're looking for a doctor you can trust, Dr. Poladian is not it.

I had my yearly physical with Dr. Poladian's Office today. Dr. Poladian has been my PCP for years and she is the most thorough and brilliant Doctor that I have ever had. Her office staff is excellent as well. Connie is the leader in the front office and she is always friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Poladian's Assistant Doctors are excellent as well.

I'm very grateful to have found Dr. Poladian. She listens and takes your health and what you have to say very seriously. She is also incredibly thorough. When visiting her with an undiagnosed issue, she took action immediately, ordering tests and helping to eliminate all potential issues until we were able to determine a diagnosis. She is not interested in just quickly moving you in and out of the office and she thoroughly reviews your information before stepping into the room with you so that she can accurately address your issues. She also has an incredibly pleasant office staff. Her nurse practitioners are also incredible and I trust meeting with them when Dr. Poladian is not available. I'm finally very happy with a Dr and hope to be a patient for a long time.

My mother has blood tests, exams, etc. and the staff never do what they say they will do. The lab exams are not existent on the so called Patient Alley Portal. They do not update it at all. I talked last with the staff to please upload the lab form so that I can take my mother to the lab and she promised that she would upload both the lab form and the blood test results and she never did. It is really frustrating. Also the doctor always ask you the same questions as if you were a new patient and as she does not have your history. I asked her why and she said "well I do not have your mother's record here with me"....I thought well shouldn't the record would have been pulled by your staff and place it for the doctor for her review before the doctor see the patient? I do not recommend this office.

Ever since Dr. Poladian became my physician, I am confident and assured my health is in the best hands. She gives thorough recommendation and analysis of all medical history and issues. I’ve never felt more at ease. She takes her time to make sure I understand all of aspects of my health and recommendations. Dr. Poladian’s professionalism and thoroughness is reflected in her office. She is actively involved in all aspects. All imaging, labs and medications I’ve ever required are carefully cared for. I’ve never had a “real” physical until seeing her and was so impressed at the complete review of all systems and attention to my health. Dr. Poladian utilizes nurse practitioners in her office, whom are always kind and helpful. The nurse practitioners are very knowledgeable and I appreciate their prestige team-work in the office alongside the physician to provide such top-tier and efficient medicine in today’s evolving healthcare system. The staff is kind and welcoming. I am always… greeted by smiling faces whom take the time to listen and provide trustful relay to the provider all of the times I’ve needed. Not all offices run perfectly on time, emergencies do happen, insurance policies get tricky, pharmacies get refills wrong and laboratories make mistakes and for that I do not pass judgment for those involved in my health. But, I am grateful to have a doctor and office who warrant good advice, listen and help when I need navigation. As a new patient, I understand the wait to get in and have learned it is because you will not find a doctor similar. For that, I have recommended all my loved ones here and am overjoyed when they tell me how much they appreciate the referral. Thank you Dr. Poladian and staff for always taking such great care of my loved ones and myself. I am forever grateful to you all!

Dr. Poladian is an excellent physician. She was very thorough in her analysis and diagnosis of my personal healthcare. I found her to be attentive, caring, and very efficient. She took the time to understand all aspects of a medical issue before recommending a solution. Her staff is very professional and efficient as well. I was sorry indeed to leave her healthcare but had to relocate out-of-state. I highly recommend her services.

I am in the medical field and am very picky about who I will refer patients to. I have seen Dr. Poladian as my personal physician for over 5 years as well as my family and friends that need a top notch Doctor. The Office staff is extremely helpful, kind and efficient. Dr. Poladian is extremely thorough, spot on with her diagnosing has a great bedside manner and actually takes the time to listen to the patient and incorporate that into her treatment plan. I could go on... bottom line she is the best MD I have come across and respect and trust her decisions.
