Dr. James Allen Rodgers, MD

He is a fantastic surgeon. He covers all the bases when he examines you. I can’t say enough god things about Dr. Rodgers.

Dr. Rodgers has performed three surgeries on me. I have been most satisfied with the outcome of each one. He has a very pleasant bedside manner. I would highly recommend Dr.Rodgers to anyone needing a neurosurgeon.

Dr. Rogers operated on my father 3 times and myself twice. I do not think that you can find a more patient, kinder, better doctor and person than Dr James A Rogers

Dr Rodger is probably the best Dr I've ever met. I have my PCP DR. Curt Coggins and they both are off the chart when it comes to bedside manner, professiona. And go the extra mile to keep me informed from A-Z. He is always looking to make the best decision for all his patience. I've known him almost twenty years, and he's the same today as the first time I met him. 20 stars for Dr. Rodgers

Dr. Rodgers has our utmost respect. Not only is he the very best neurosurgeon we have dealt with but he is the most personable doctor we have met, hands down. Kind, caring, compassionate and does everything possible to cure the patient and not allow family to stress.

I never received the results on extensive lab work done on my first visit. No call have been returned. I was not told I had a urinary tract infection and medication was prescribed. I did not know about the prescription until the pharmacy called today was 9 days after my appointment. I do not appreciate the way this has been handled. I do not know if I will return to this physician.

Attentive abd personable. Good bedside manners. Surgery was successful even though I have had problems with the hardware for years.

I have had six back surgeries from Dr. Rodgers. The last two times I had terrible times trying to see him. Carol and Dr. Rodgers nurse need an attitude adjustment! One time I had him paged to call me at home and informed him how I have been treated. He saw me immediately. I have gone to Dr. Boone and he does the MRI. I then take to Dr. Rodgers and sure enough I had problems. I've had to do same this time...Dr. Boone, MRI, bulging discs. I had an appointment but they called to tell me my appointment was cancelled because I did not do EMG, would show nothing about the budging discs. Dr. Rodgers had NO concern for my back problems. We knew from a year ago EMG, that my feet are dead and the legs are getting that way. I have seen him for about 20 years and I think I am going to need to find another neurosurgeon. You get tired being treated like trash by Carol, Nurse and Dr. Rodgers.

The receptionist is really rude and always hangs up on me. I can't imagine how rude they must be in the office.

Staff supervisor has little concern for the patient and intimidates the employees in the office. Very abrupt and cancels appointments that have been made for over two months. The surgeon changes his diagnosis without reviewing any information with the patient beyond a dated MRI.
