I have been a patient of Dr.Badman for over 10 years now .Dr Badman goes over your blood work results very carefully.Always asks if there is anything else to discuss.

I came to Dr. Badman after being with my former (now retired) doctor for 30 years. When I gave him a copy of my records upon first visit, he gave them back and stated he did not need to see them. I was just another number here. I called on three different occasions with questions and never received a response on said questions. Not angered, just saddned that someone who you go to for a unique situation, and delicate care ... automatically stereotypes you. One size does not fit all. Nice man, but could learn some things from doctors 20 - 30 years his senior. Really poor experience.

I contacted the office of Dr. James Badman, Palms Springs Family Care in Altamonte Springs, FL to schedule my yearly physical that is covered by my Health Care Plan. I contacted the office again ten days prior to my appointment to request a prescription for the yearly lab work in advance of my appointment, they refused. The office had two (2) opportunities to disclose to me that I would not be having my annual exam on my appointment date, but they did not. Upon arrival at the office, they requested a $30.00 co-payment. When I advised that my annual exam was covered 100%, they then told me that I was at the “pre-appointment” and that my physical would be scheduled today for another date. I would have NEVER agreed to this! I took ½ day off work and now I have to find a reputable Doctor who is not going to try to extort $30.00 from me and show complete disregard for my time. I also believe they planned to try to schedule another appointment to discuss my lab work and try to get… another $30.00 from me. I have a health condition that treatment will be delayed while I find another doctor. This doctor cares nothing about his patient’s health and well-being, he only cares about much money he can get out of people.

Dr Badman is a qualified and compassionate physician. My family and I have gone to his practice for more than 12 years now.

My family has been patients at this office for years. It has gone downhill. I have had better experiences at a DMV. My college age son had an appointment last Friday. At the end of the appointment he was told to come back to the office on Monday because the doctor needed to sign the RX. He went back and picked up the scripts and took to the pharmacy. The pharmacy couldn’t fill them because they weren’t signed. So he went back today, got Dr Badman to sign and went back to the pharmacy and was again turned away because the ARNP hadn’t signed (or done whatever ). So he went back to the office and was told Mercedes is on vacation and to come back next week !!!! My son is OUT of his medications and needs them NOW. Sad to see the practice go downhill so fast.

I have been visiting Dr. James Badman office for years. Service has been always accurate and relatively on time. Staff has treated me cordially and I have never walked away unsatisfied. Both the physician and the nurses has answered all my medical questions as well as managed promptly my phone call requests. In general Dr. Badman and his team are dependable and you can trust they medical judgment. Regarding medical industry standards, this office is one of the best medical Family Practice in the area.

I Love everyone at his office. They are all so caring. I have had no problems with anyone. He & his ARNP ( Alicia Wolff) listen to your concerns & take the time to go over anything you may need, they really do everything they can to make you well. I feel so comfortable with them. As I have retired from my job, I need to find insurance I can afford & hope still go to Dr. Badman. I am very upset that I may have to go some where else. His whole office staff are the greatest I have ever gone to in my adult life. Thank you Dr. Badman.

Dr Badman is a great doctor and really cares for his patients. He called me back on a Sunday just to make sure he called in the right med I needed for my illness . Great customer service.

I just want to say that I think Dr. Badman is a great doctor and I would recommend him to any of my family or friends. He seems to keep up on the latest news, information, and studies and really listens to my concerns. He has no problem spending as much time as I require when seeing him.

In 2 visits, Dr. Badman has ordered thousands of dollars worth of tests. Even with my insurance, I'm going to owe hundreds of dollars, and I am on a fixed income. I have heart problems and take blood thinners. I also have arthritis so severe I can hardly get around. I cannot take NSAIDS because of the blood thinners, and Dr. Badman will not give me anything for pain. He is afraid I will become addicted. My daughter wrote this for me because I can no longer use my hands to type.
