Staff is so rude! This type of appointment is not easy for some young ladies and the staff at this office makes it much harder!

I really enjoy my visits. They are prompt and helpful.

I was referred by someone who told me he had done one of their surgeries. I was suffering from fibroids and decided to give a doctor here a try. Well everything seemed to be ok, until after my surgery. I found out that he and his asst. had lied to me about the removal of my fibroids. When I went back for reoccurring symptoms, I found out the biggest fibroid that was originally been giving me the most trouble had not been removed at all! The kicker was the fact that as I was walking to the front desk to leave, Dr. Hiller cracked a joke about my having fibroids was going to pay for his daughter's college tuition. I went home and cried, how can someone be so insensitive! Needless to say I won't be going back there anymore ! Hurt and disappointed! ;(

I saw Dr. Hiller in hopes that a 2nd opinion would change my current course of treatment. My former doctor wanted to remove both of my ovaries. I had a strong sense of urgency to dig further and find other options. I'm so thankful my friend referred me to Dr. Hiller!!! Not only did he inform me that my condition was manageable without resorting to the removal of my ovaries, but he was very informative and upfront. He is the first doctor I have ever seen who has actally sat me down in his personal office and discussed a plan of treatment in detail with me. The staff was courteous and very professional. I will continue to see Dr. Hiller, he earned more trust from me in one visit than any other doctor I have ever met!

I have been to several Doctors as a young woman growing up with constant "female" problems. I suffer from PCOS and infertility issues. I tried to conceive a child for about 3 1/2 years with 2 other Dr's before I found DR Hiller. On my first visit with DR Hiller I knew more about my condition than I had ever known. He did everything to the best of his ability and even though my husband and I needed additional help conceiving (to which DR Hiller referred us to the BEST R.E.)we did succeed and DR Hiller delivered my healthy baby boy. I was blessed to have found such a wonderful DR. Thank You Dr Hiller for all that you do. I would also like to Thank his staff! Everyone from the front desk to the ultrasound tech (Kelly, I believe). You all made my first pregnancy a truly memorable experience. My son is 3 1/2 now and me and my husband are wanting another so I'm sure I will see you all soon! Love you ALL!

I wish all of my appointments could be this easy. The staff was very friendly and professional. Dr. Hiller and his PA, Shannon were great and answered all of my questions and took their time with me. I was notified of all my results in a timely manner. I will continue with this office and recommend them to all of my friends.

SLOW wait time in the lobby. I waited over and hour before being called back for the initial part of the visit. The waiting room was the worst I have EVER been in... there is NOT a bathroom?! They lock the door to the hall where the bathroom is and try to make you wait so that the nurse can havea aurine sample when they call you back, after you one-hour wait! This is uncalled for!!!! I was supposed to be called for a result of a test preformed in office and over a week later I called only to be told that the "nurse" would have to give my results to me. I was fine with that, but after waiting all day, I called back at 2:30pm only to find that the office turns their phones over to an answering service for ALL calls after 12pm daily. This means I have to spend the weekend wondering and not sure of my results. I will NOT be using this office even if my test results are not what I was seeking! How unprofessional of them not to answer the phones and return calls as they should.
