If you are looking for a caring, compassionate, skilled professional and a kind, helpful and friendly staff, please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Honestly.

Dr Kennedy is tops in my opinion. He knows his meds and gets to know his patients after a few visits.

He is so insightful and caring, it just makes me feel good to go see him.

This doctor seemed to have good reviews, so I called to make an appointment. I called at least 30 times, but his line remained constantly busy the entire day. No doctor is that good. Clearly, the office staff took the phone off the hook and left for the day.

I've been to alot of psych doctors since being diagnosed with bipolar in 2001. Dr Kennedy is by far the best. You feel very at ease and he really knows who you are. If you need to be seen asap you get an appt. He has really gone above and beyond for me. I can't say enough good things about him.

I have seen several psychiatrist through the years and I have never felt more comfortable. I feel he listens to me and if something isn't working he open to suggestions. I do feel his office staff could be more courteous. I do understand the stress of working in a doctors office. I would like to see more friendly staff. It's not a criticism. It's just a observation .

Found office staff to be very rude and not helpful at all. Dr. Kennedy only prescribe meds. The first meds did not work well. He did come up with a good combination for me. Appointments were often changed. Did charge a fee if I missed an appointment.

I wanted to make an appointment for my mother and was treated so rudely by the woman who answered the phone that I gave up.

I THINK DR. KENNEDY IS AN AWESOME MD. HE HAS HELPED ME THROUGH A VERY HARD TIME. I RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE.

Very unprofessional office staff. Hold times while on the phone are lengthy and the level of help offered is poor and ill informeed. i
