zero stars if possible. After waiting an hour for him, he was in the room maybe 30 seconds. Didn't even bother to examine the lump near my eye. Said put a warm cloth on it and come back in a week if it's still there. It's been there almost a week!

He had no interest in my issue. Got annoyed when asked questions. He was rushed and could not wait to get on with the next patient. No follow up.

After several years in his care, and unique surgeries, I have gained confidence in his concern for my condition. He is very personable and gives you the feeling that he is truly concerned with your sight quality. A very good choice for those with eye concerns.

Dr. Nerad came in an quickly addressed my issue. He was very personable and helpful in helping me understand what was going on, what he was going to do for treatment, and what I needed to do after the procedure. I felt like I was in good hands throughout the entire visit.

Dr. Nerad listens, answers questions without implying the patient is stupid for asking and he presents options with his suggestions. I would recommend Dr. Nerad to anyone needing simple to complex surgery.
