Dr. Jennifer Louise Bentwood, MD

This was my father's doctor until I requested that he have a simple saliva test mailed to his house to determine how his body metabolizes medications. After a week of both my father and I calling and asking that she sign the paperwork, her staff told me on the phone that his account had been red flagged. When I shared this information with my dad, he called and was told that they had him listed as deceased. Keep in mind Dr. Bentwood was his primary care provider. Later that same day he received a letter in the mail stating that Dr Bentwood would no longer be providing care for him and he would need to seek out other providers. The letter listed several doctors for him to choose from. He is currently in the process of seeking out another provider as he concerned that he will run out of blood pressure medication and not have a prescription to renew. I feel that this situation could have been handled better especially by someone with a Dartmouth education.

Dr Bentwood is just amazing. She geniuenly cares about her patients. She listens, answers questions and loved her patients. I cannot give her a better review!!

Dr Bentwood is caring and compassionate. She knows what she knows, and hands over to experts when she feels the patient is best served! It takes a special doctor to not have their EGO involved. She is a great doc.

Absolutely the best doctor I ever seen. If all doctors could be like Dr. Bentwood this would be a better world.

If there were 5 stars she would have them.. she is a wonderful, compassionate dr who takes her time with you and doesnt rush you out the door like most drs. She truly cares for her patients and makes you feel like your her only patient.
