I worked for Dr Fichera for almost 3 yrs. She is very humble, kind, funny and takes her patients seriously. Every one has bad days but never take it out on the ine person who is taking care of you ??. I loved working with her and as an ex employees she always looked out for us

I have been a patient of Dr. Fichera's since she was in residency (more than 12 years) and have found her nothing less than outstanding. She is insightful, caring, listens better than any practitioner I've ever previously experienced, and lends a great degree of confidence and direction. Thanks, and keep up the great work!

Her Diagnosis is always on target. Give her your symptoms, she will know how to proceed.

After seeing her P.A. for about 3 years, I finally got a chance to meet Dr. Fichera. She was very short, spoke as if she was being bothered. Her introduction was impersonal and not once did she smile. Unfortunately, I would much rather see the P.A. If you can, visit a doctor who cares. I am looking for another PCP.

I hate going to this office! I've been her patient for as long as she's been practicing, and she'll pass me in the hallway and not know I'm her patient!!!! Rather impersonal! Making an appointment with Fichera is impossible. It's always her P.A. that I see. I haven't been able to see her in 3 years! Her a ailability is ridiculous!!! This year I found a new physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Fichera for years and I am completely confident in her along with her PA and her nurse practitioner. They are always there for me and are not afraid to order any tests or specialists if they feel it is indicated.

Very unprofessional clinicians and staff. Lack experience and expertise. Wait time over one hour.

Bad business. Never available for appointments always have to see her PA. Phone lines down or customer service issues. I think I personally met her maybe 3 times all other visits with her PA. I’m over it. Looking for a new doctors office

Always willing to take the time to listen to you. Very helpful with medications and insurance. Referrals are always on time. She is great.

Dr. Fichera is great and so is staff and I have referred & will continue to refer friends/family to her!!!!!!!!!!
