I wish I could give negative points. The receptionist is incredibly unprofessional. They talk loud on the phone and your business is put out there for everyone to hear in the office. It’s a shame because dr Greene is very knowledgeable and has been a great doctor, but the customer service experience is what is preventing me from returning. Dr Greene - hire better receptionists who are professional and don’t take long personal calls For everyone to hear.

Wish I had check before sending my daughter to this unprofessional office.

Nurse Lenore is the best! Dr. Greene and Nurse Lenore are a great team..

I have been coming to this office to years and have had no problems what so ever. Lenore is very helpful and on top of all charts and billing. Anytime I had an issue, she was great. Not sure about the reviews for episiotomies. Dr Greene delivered my first child with ease, we spoke about episiotomies before giving birth and she promised me she only does it when necessary. She stayed with me during my birth and checked in often. Visited both days following the birth of my daughter. Even during my follow up visits she asked about my daughter. I plan to go back to her for my next pregnancy.

Dr Greene was the doctor on call at St Barnabas when I had my first son back in 2007. Overall, traumatic experience and looking back, clearly a lawsuit. She preformed an unnecessary episiotomy, without numbing the area. I felt the excruciating burn when she cut and she didn't numb the area to stitch even after it was very apparent the epidural failed and I could feel everything. She was rude and told me not to scream, I had let out what I could only imagine was a very loud scream during the initial cut. That should have been a sign to numb. My female area took nearly a year to heal and the area stayed too tight for comfort up until the birth of my second child, 6 years later. I had other issues afterwards as well. Terrified at giving birth again, I can say my new doctor did a fabulous job and I'm all fixed down there. Would never ever use Greene or deliver at St Barnabas ever again!

Nurse Levine was so rude and I left this office terrified.

Dr. Greene and her staff are professional, considerate, and compassionate individuals. Dr. Greene is very generous with her time making sure that all of my questions are answered and concerns addressed. She has delivered all 3 of my children and I could not have been happier with the quality of care that I received. Dr. Greene, the nurses and staff were always pleasant, accommodating and a true pleasure to interact with whether it was for an appointment or a call in with a question. Dr. Greene is also very responsive to after-hours calls. I highly recommend her practice to anyone looking for a great and personable doctor.

Dr Greene was the attending Dr at St Barnabas when I went into lablabor with my son. I had no epidural and she performed an unnessessary episiodomy without even numbing the area or noticing me of what was happening. All I felt wad the most horrific sting ever. It wasn't until later that my husband told me exactly what was done. I thought I had just torn really badly. Then, she told me to stop screaming while stiching me up and I was trying to tell her I felt each stitch. No sympathy. I was stiched up too tightly and relations with my husband have been uncomfortabole even several years later. I just had my 2nd child (6 years later) and had a lot of anxiety about the delivery b/c of Dr Greene. Fortunately, it was a great experience with no episiotomy! Looking back, I'm sure this could have been a lawsuit.

ALL I HAVE TO SAY, SHE IS GREEDY AND C SECTION SPECIALIST...!!!
