Dr. Jessica Evelson, MD

I trust Dr. Evelson and highly and recommend her as a psychiatrist. As a patient who knows her well, I can honestly say she is excellent. She really has helped me with my depression, anxiety, and overcoming some other difficulties. Dr.Evelson  listens, is genuinely concerned, and is patient. She takes time to understand me and to explain medications, which help me make good decisions for my mental health.

Dr. Evelson is absolutely amazing. She is the first Psychiatrist that I have ever had that truly listens to me and cares what I have to say. She treats myself, as well as my two sons. She has made such a difference in our lives, she doesn't just willy nilly prescribe medication, she takes serious consideration when recommending the best course of treatment and thoroughly explains any medication that she recommends and closely monitors its effect. She is kind and caring and it is very evident that she truly cares for her patients and what is in our best interest. Whenever I hear someone looking for a Psychiatrist, I am quick to recommend Dr. Evelson, I cannot express enough how grateful I am for her.

Dr. Evelson has been treating me for about 3 years. She is professional, yet easy to talk to. She prescribed medication which has been tweaked from time to time. I have no side effects. I look forward to speaking to Dr. Evelson each month.

Jessica is awesome. She is so soft spoken. She doesn't try to rush you out of her office. She always makes sure to ask me how things are going, she even remembers little details about my life and always asks me about them. She doesn't try to over medicate you and is just very comforting to have as my doctor. She used to be close by until she moved to another office further north. I chose to drive the 45 minutes north because I trust her as my doctor.

I saw Dr Evelson from the age of 15 to 21, she put me on a dangerous mixture of drugs, I was too depressed to do anything with my life and she wouldn’t address it, when I turned 21 I got thrown off my health insurance because she denied my social security request. I have no way of getting mental health because of her. Nothing but a pill mill
