I was misdiagnosed for the 3rd time. I will never go back to this doctor. She was uncaring and did not listen or recall my history.

I had not been to a doctor for a long time before I moved to Towson and made an appointment with Dr Willis. I was nervous but she put me at ease. She went over my medical problems thoroughly and I feel confident that she will take good care of me.

Dr. Wills was very careful and kind. She took a lot of time to talk to me, and explained what would happen next, depending on my test results. She gave me good advice about my health. I trusted her, and she made me feel at ease

I recently saw Dr. Wills. She spent a long time listening to my concerns (I had written them down prior to seeing her). She seems to be an exceptional diagnostician. Dr. Wills tweaked my medicine (prescribed by another doctor), and my primary problem was immediately resolved. She asked more questions than other doctors I've had. I was very pleased with Dr. Wills and will see her again.

I called the office that morning to see her because I woke up not feeling well. She got me right in and there was almost no wait. She greeted me kindly, asked me how I was and remembered all about me (without the chart), then her examination was thorough and explained the tests well. I got the test results very quickly- she called me the moment they got in, and her first guess about what I had was correct! After I finished the medications, she called back to follow up on how I was doing. She made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Wills and I would go back to her in a heart beat. I also recommended her to several family members.

The office staff were great, however, I felt that the doctor was lacking greatly in her bedside manner. Disappointed.

I had an intial appointment with Dr. Wills to discuss moderately high sugar levels. The doctor entered the room without looking at me and introduced herself as Dr. Wills. She went to the desk and did not comment on any of the medical issues (one pretty serious) that I brought up. She checked my thyroid and listened to my heart. She gave me a lab slip and left the room. I attempted to shake hands with her upon meeting her and when she left which was unsuccessful because she never looked directly at me. I do not recommend this doctor as I found her cold, not empathatic, and disinterested in me as a person. What a disappointment! The office staff was great and helped me fire this doctor and hire another doctor in the practice whom they highly recommended. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
