great doctor. very nice and caring

They are very through and have a great staff. Yolanda, the phlebotomist, always gets my vein, which is not easy and is very genital. Both Dr. Biggers are very caring and take all the time I need.

Having moved to the area from out of state I was in need of a doctor. I didn't really expect to be lucky enough to find a replacement for my long time family physician back in Ohio ,who would meet my needs with 100 percent satisfaction. Dr. Joel Biggers and his entire staff greatly exceeded any expectations I had. The staff treated me with respect, kindness and efficiency. I have been suffering with extreme pain with carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr Biggers took time to discuss my condition and quickly administered treatment. When discussing a follow up treatment next week I asked for an appointment on a specific day. Even though the doctor does not normally see patients on that day he advised the scheduling attendant to schedule me after their staff meeting the day I requested! AND THE BEST PART IS ...I AM WITHOUT PAIN AND WILL SLEEP TONIGHT!!! If it were possible to give this wonderful staff and doctor 10 stars I wouldð???

Great Doctor

I have been seeing Dr. Joel Biggers for a year and a half now. All of my family and friends are so impressed by him that they are either seeing him or his wife, who is also a doctor there. He is one very caring doctor and I'm so lucky to have him.

I had a good experience, doc Joel is friendly and complete, spend time when needed. He sometimes runs behind because another patient just needed a little more time.

I use to feel welcome but now Dr Biggers has to many patients. I was one of his first patients when he first opened. He would call me personally and treated me with the upmost respect. Heck I lost my insurance and STILL went to him. But I scheduled an apt. Office staff didn't even care what the reason I was making the apt. Waited 3 WEEKS for the appt sat there for OVER 40 mins past my appt time. Talked to the lady told her I could not wait any longer. I explained to her that I waited 3wks already next available appt was 2 1/2 weeks out. That is down right un Kool. Even after telling her when I made the appt no one asked and still didn't ask why I needed to see the Dr. her r excuse was we have to many patients. Really?! Sincerly just a chart in you're files
