Not only did Dr Sims repair my damage but he was the most caring and compassionate dr I've encountered. If there were 10 stars he would get them all from me.

Dr. Sims and his NP were attentive to my needs and prescribed medication for Bradycardia. He also informed me of possible options to take if the medication doesn't solve my issue. He prescribed a heart monitor to wear for 24 hours which I will return as instructed. An appointment is/has been made for a followup from the ER. Thank you. Mark S.Callaway

Unable to diagnose problems correctly; more stress from the three ring circus than the medical problems themselves.

My husband went into the hospital with chest pains and Dr. Sims was the doctor of record. He was ok, kind of quick to want to get out of the room but overall ok. Several days after returning home, I called his office with questions and left a message. It was not until the next day that the call was returned by a very rude nurse. She was very short with me and acted like I was stupid for asking my questions. Several days later I called again with some concerns and then the next day when my call was not returned. I am still waiting for a return call. I have changed doctors and we now have one whose office staff is not rude.

Very courteous and explained everything very well. Staff and Doctor are top notch. I would definitely recommend to a friend.

Outstanding spirit filled doctor. Goes above and beyond to give you the best care available. Explains what has to be done and follows through. I always felt I was in the hands of a very knowledgeable Dr. He is top of the line and you will find that everyone that works with him feels the same way!!
