Dr Moon performed three different surgeries on me while he was practicing in So California. He spent time talking with me and was very pleasant along with his surgical expertise. I hope he is doing well in Maryland, because we sure miss him here in California.

He took care of my daughter surgery, he explains everything very well and does not butter coat anything.. very informative.. bedside manners were just what we were looking for in a doctor. I would highly recommend anyone having surgery to contact him!!

I had a intrathoracic hiatal hernia repair with fundoplication. Dr Moon promised me in front of a witness that he would use disolvable mesh. He said "by 12 months it will be gone". 17 months later due to deep ulcers in Esophagus that would not heal, I had to see an "Expert" Surgeon out of town who when he opened me up found mesh embedded in my Esophagus, my stomach and diaphram. They had to remove part of the Esophagus, part of my stomach and part of my bowel because he cut Arteries he should not have cut. It was a very complicated, rough surgery for me to have to go through. My whole time in hospital was spent in ICU. I thought it awfully strange that not long after my first surgery, Dr Moon suddenly left the state. It rather appears that others may well have been having complications too. So like a rat he ran away. He was a good salesman, but a very poor surgeon.

In 2017 Dr Moon did a repair of intrathorasic hiatal hernia. Now here 17 months later I am facing a redo of the Fundoplication and removal of part of my Esophagus due to sutures that are irritating and caused deep ulcerations that won't heal due to the sutures. I am 70 yrs old and should not be facing such high risk surgery. I feel like Dr Moon failed me not only by doing a sloppy job on the wrap but up and leaving the state suddenly and not being here until I heal as he promised. The situation is so serious that I now have to see an Expert Surgeon and traveling back and forth a distance that drains my strength and finances. I had the utmost confidence in him but now would not trust him to do any kind of surgery on me or my family.

Had a breast with pre-cancerous cells and he carved into my breast bone and very painful and my husband got pain meds in the hospital but when I went to the follow-up visit, he said I should just take aspirin. Plus, wanted to only check the left breast for a mammogram later because he still wanted to remove both breasts. He said he would save the nipple but he did not he just wanted me to choose him. He refused my breast implant. The stupidest doctor ever. My primary doctor had me get a mammogram on the left side and an ultrasound on the right side (the side that he did). I guess he knew the whole breast was removed which was more than he needed to do. But he got it all at least but I would use a different doctor if I have anymore problems.

Dr Moon was my breast cancer surgeon. I received excellent care throughout my procedure and excellent after care. I'm now a 3 year cancer survivor and have yearly physicals. I very blessed to have found a Dr who not only preformed my surgery but takes excellent after care to insure you stay healthy. Thank you.

He knowsaid his stuff. Staff was to make appt for x-ray needle biopsy. Been 4wks.no word. Tried calling office, but with no help there. I 'very been trying all . No luck getting to the front desk.
