Dr. Jonathan Craig Hersch, MD

Dr Hersch was recommended by another doctor in New Jersey. When I met him, I felt very comfortable with him. He was very knowledgeable and patient with me and explained everything he was going to do in the surgery. I highly recommend him.

Ongoing treatment for advanced glenohumeral osteoarthrosis/shoulder pain. Entire office is outstanding. From reception, to Dr. Hersch and his two assistants, to check-out. Sorry, don't know the professional titles of the two assistants, but they are top notch. It's quite evident that the entire team is very busy, but I was in no way rushed. All staff make it clear that they have time for you, and to address any questions, treatment options, etc. Highest recommendation.

great seeing Dr Hersch. He nailed my miniscus surgery when other orthopedists did little. I am fully healed. Aside from the treatment, I deem this doctor to be patient, intelligent and respectful. Do see Dr Hersch, as needed.

Dr. Hersch's staff chose to put my husband's wellbeing at risk when they chose to "pass the buck" and not address a simple clerical matter with our insurance. Rather than submit a new prior auth for the approval of a procedure they chose to put the burden on the patient by saying we had to submit an appeal with our insurance company. When I called the insurance company they stated that all the Dr. had to do was resubmit the documents rather than wait for an appeals process that could take 30 days or more. When you are in pain and need resolution you don't want to wait 30+ days... and if Dr. Hersch's staff does not understand this then maybe whoever manages the staff needs to re evaluate their procedures.

~ Just wanted to send your office a note of thanks for all that you have done to heal me and my poor 'ole knee along my journey over the past year! Your staff, all inclusive, has been hands down one of the best practices that I have ever dealt with for my health care. Your faith, compassion, caring, empathy, and understanding made it an enjoyable process. A very special thank you to Dr. Jonathan Hersch. Job well done!
