The experience at RGW was great. My right eye vision became hazy about a month ago, not so much out-of-focus, but like looking through nonuniform fog that could sometimes vary noticeably in density in a matter of minutes. I sought advice from Dr Fein because of her experience with vitreous opacity and retina issues as I did not want to leave this condition unidentified and untreated even though I also have a cataract in that eye. Dr Fein carefully checked my eyes, explained that she did not see any issues inside the eyes, a welcome relief, and then noted that such issues may be cornea related and that artificial tears might help improve things. So, I am now using “Refresh” eyedrops twice a day and hope this will resolve my hazy vision issues. But if not, Dr Fein said to come back and I’m sure she will do her best to figure this out.

Patiently listened to my concerns. Explained the treatment plan in simple words. Showed compassion during the time I spent with her. Very efficient team of nurses and doctor.

Great visit as usual. No pain and quick completion.

I am a new patient to the practice and they were able to take me for an emergency appointment within an hour of calling. I was very pleased with the staff and Dr. Fein. The office is easy to find with a lot of parking (although the handicapped parking could be closer to the door). The office has very up-to-date equipment and a fancy dictation system so that the person is writing the medical record is in another area of the office as the doctor dictates and the doctor can hear that person through earbuds. The exam was extremely thorough and not rushed and everyone was very helpful with navigating a person in a wheelchair.

Dr. Jordana Fein is outstanding. She is caring, thorough and knowledgeable and articulates the findings to you in a clear and concise manner.

Dr. Fein is an excellent doctor. Honest and up front about the treatment she has been using to treat an issue with my R eye. Personable with a good sense of humor. I would strongly recommend her to anyone dealing with retina issues in their eyes.
