Arrived for my 1pm appt at 12:50..... at 2:35 I was still waiting with no word from staff as to how late the doctor might be... at least give your patients a heads up that their appointments will be delayed significantly so we can move any other commitments we have or given the option of rescheduling .... I had traveled an hour and half to see this doctor ... I would never come here again.

Neurologicamente intacto a pesar de una operacion de 4 horas y media con reseccion del tumor. todos mis sentidos funcionan perfectamente. precision absoluta . habilidades que solo los que han sido tocados con el don que roza la perfeccion son capaces de tener. Tiene un magnifico equipo de colaboradores y dominio de las mejores y ultimas tecnicas de neurociencias avanzadas. I wanted to share my experience; I have been in pain for several weeks, I went to The Miami Neuroscience, schedule an appointment with Dr Valerio, who is part of a group. On appointment date, I never see the doctor, all check and study orders [such as MRI, X-Ray, etc] was done by the nurse. I mentioned them that I was in pain but they seems do not care about it. They do the MRI so they told me that they will submit the request to my insurance for an authorization. After 2 weeks waiting, I decided to call them and they said that they have not heard from my insurance. I called my insurance, agent said "We have not received any request and any request is processed within 24-48 hours by the way" which means that The Miami Neuroscience, specifically CAROLINA does not do a good administrative job. I decided to cancel everything and seek help from another specialist, probably out of state because health care in Miami is one of the worst I have seen in all my life!
