After making the mistake of not letting me know my claim was denied (so I could take corrective action) they wasted 2 year before sending me a bill. Instead of recognizing their mistake, they gave me the run around tried to pass the blame on to me. Lack of responsibility, quickly agitated office employees, horribly unprofessional. Find a better doctor!

Just for the money. Doesn’t care for people’s time. 2 hour wait from scheduled appointment. Disrespectful to patient. No wonder staffs are also disrespectful. He really led by example. Stay as far as you can. A total @&$#%=. No word to describe this guy

Doctor is ok, waiting time is long, staff is unprofessional and rude.

Dr. Deluca recently removed the cataracts in both of my eyes ( 3 weeks apart) and inserted a lens. It was an amazing experience! Chance my life for the better. He’s a brilliant doctor! I’ve been going to him for years and have complete trust in him.

Both Dr deluca and Dr wong are great. Dr deluca found holes in my retina and fixed it before something worse happened. I'm so thankful. Wait times can be a big long but that seems to be improving.

The office staff is extremely rude and don't want to do what they're getting paid to do, work! The wait time is simply too long, my time is valuable also, and it happened each time I went. Time to move on, they're not worth the wait or the rudeness.

Iut up with this. have been coming to dr. DeLuca for many years but it has gotten too busy, they make you wait almost an hour to be seen and then I waited another hour for the dr. then the Dr. was impatient, rude and arrogant. I think fame went to his head but patients should not have to p
