Worst attention & staff ever. Waited 3 months for an appointment with the Doctor for he was in Africa on a safari. Finally I get an appointment, get there and to my surprise I am seen by a Nurse Practitioner.. the good Doctor was nowhere to be seen. No choice but to see the NP. Gave me pills which I have stopped taking after a week, for I find it interferes with my High Blood Pressure pill. Had a PSA test done there. Today it has been 2 weeks and call inquiring for the results, to be told I have to wait another week for results.. TWO weeks wait. Then Nurse Lupe calls me to tell me the good Doctor doesn't like for his patients to question his practice of being seen by other of his staff and question the fact that his lab only does results once a week, and warns me she is going to accuse me with the good Doctor & recommend me not to come to his practice anymore. Really scared by the whole lot at Dr Crawford's. Thought I was in a Halloween movie. Worst practice ever. Avoid these losers.… !!!!!

Stay away from this office if possible. Have been waiting three days to get a prescription filled ; pharmacy and I have contacted office several times to get necessary paper for insurance to approve. Dr gave me lab results from another patient at visit three days ago. No one answers phone left several messages no one has returned calls.

Office staff always rude; difficult to reach the appropriate person in the office. Neither the doctor nor nurse do well, in my opinion, with explaining causes of problems or one's medical options.

I like Dr. Crawford however the office mgr is Rude and this is not my first encounter with her! She should try to LISTEN before she snaps at the paying CUSTOMERS. Needless to say will need to find a different office, that the staff doesn't behave so poorly! And Lisa send bills out together not months apart and when I pay I suggest you send me a receipt So there is no confusion!!!!!!

I have lived in NY, California and the Midwest and Dr. Crawford is the urologist I've ever seen. He takes time and explains everything and covers all the bases. Also great bedside manner. World class medicine!

unhelpful staff... Dr Crawford is great.. but his support staff is pathetic... they do not care at all and will not go out of there way to help

bait and switch con man make appointment see only nurses unless you need expensive procedure

When Dr. Crawford claps his hand to keep you from asking questions about your prostate cancer, trust your gut instinct. When on the second time around, you ask how many days you'll be in the hospital for your simple prostatectomy and you get the answer 10 days instead of 3, trust your gut instinct. When at every juncture, he steers you to IRMC for pre-surgery required tests, trust your gut instinct. Don't walk, run, to a professional.

Straightforward, knowledgeable, took time to explain, answered my questions, felt very well taken care of.
