Dr. Joseph Duane Payne, MD

I had a 10:00 appt. Finally got taken into an exam room at 10:45. From there I was ignored until noon. Literally ignored. When I stepped out of the room, the tech who put me there appeared shocked that I was still here. I voiced my displeasure and she sent the office Manager to talk to me. She asked if someone had come in to update me every 10 minutes or so. No. That did not occur. She left to check with the Dr. and returned to assure me I was next. After waiting and being ignored another 30 minutes. I had to leave without being seen by anyone. Perhaps Dr Payne is a good doctor but I’ll never know. You couldn’t pay me to go back to that place and be disrespected like that again.

Dr. Payne interacted with me , and let me be involved with treatment.

Always helps with any question I have. Will go the extra mile to make sure you understand what is wrong with you.

He has been my Doctor for years and He saved My life He could of give up but He did not till He found out what was wrong with me.Thank you for going out of your way at times to help Me.Your the Best.

He will give you any drug he can to get you out of his over crowded office.

Dr. Payne is the absolute best. He is very caring, takes the time needed with you, and does everything in his power to get his patients what they need. He is an excellent physician who has always diagnosed my problems immediately. The office staff is sensational! I feel very blessed and honored to have him as my doctor.

Dr. Payne is an excellent physician with a wonderful staff. However, I have had to wait over 1 and even 2 hours in his waiting room on numerous occasions for a regular appointment.

Experience is in question, office not very clean.
