Dr. Joseph Campbell Lauterbach, MD

I've only been to see him a couple of times, but so far he has been excellent!! Aside from long wait times in that office in general, my only complaint is that there are a few staff members who are absolute pains to deal with. Those specific staff members are rude, do not listen, talk down to you, and sometimes I firmly believe they don't know what they're talking about anyway. But this doctor is so good, I'm willing to overlook those specific staff members.

Outstanding physician who is caring, patient, and knowledgeable

Dr. Lauterbach is by far the best doctor I have ever had. I usually have to wait a few minutes past my appointment time. However, I do not mind the wait because he actually spends time listening, asking questions, and explaining things. Dr. Lauterbach has a great bedside manner and really seems to care. I do not feel like I am being rushed in and out. I think other doctors need to take some notes from Dr. Lauterbach. I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Lauterbach is my favorite doctor at this office. He has a very calming personality that puts me at ease when I am nervous about anything. I find him very easy to talk to and he helps me feel comfortable in asking all the questions that I have. There is not a nervous busy hustle atmosphere at the office like many of the over crowded groups. I drive a bit of a distance to get to this doctor specifically because I was so impressed by my very first visit and every visit after. The staff is always friendly but not a forced friendly. The waiting room is very comfortable and everything in this office is spotless always.
