Excellent experiences.

The Doctor was very good, about Parkinson`s and he has his nurse to take notes , to have later.

I tried to see Dr Scamardo twice - turned down both times because his staff told me that he did not treat my specific neurological condition. I initially sent the MRI report to his office and there was not a clear diagnosis in the report although several possible diagnoses were revealed in the report. The first neurologist who I saw the year before just jumped on the first possible diagnosis and then I went to see a neurosurgeon. The neurosurgeon was ready to drill but I wasn't satisfied that there was a clear diagnosis, so I attempted to see Dr. Scamardo for another opinion. He was apparently too busy and just rejected both of my requests. Now I'm going to see a new Neurologist - not sure what to expect.

I have seen my share of doctors. I have come in contact with medical office staff that I would love to see NOT make it in the medical industry. I was hesitant about seeing a new physician but went ahead and made the appointment. The staff at Nacogdoches Neurology is great. The front office was kind, knowledgeable and eager to help with anything I needed. Another plus, everyone had a smile on their face. His nurse was kind. May I hold your purse, get you a bottle of water, anything to make me more comfortable. (I think she could tell I was nervous.) Katie took her time, she made sure she left with all the information she would need for the doctor. I trusted her after the first visit. Dr. Scamardo's staff has customer service down!! THEY are one of the only reasons I will continue to see him.

My husband is the patient And he loves to come to the office .The staff are always very helpful and promp with the treatment Dr Scarmado is always ready to answer all questions and makes you feel important We would highly recommend this doctor to anyone

Dr. Scamardo and his staff are wonderful. I feel at home when I have an appointment. No question is a stupid question. I feel important and that I matter. His nurse is very knowledgeable and compassionate. She cried when my step father passed, because she makes you a part of her family. His front office is nice, friendly and over the top helpful. I would never consider another neurologist.

Dr. Scamardo & staff are amazing! They were very thorough! They made sure I understood everything that they were telling me! I had to be referred to the doctor in Houston and they called to check and make sure the office in Houston contacted me!
