Dr. Just V Brahmatewari, MD

My skin is complicated. I have sensitive skin issues, skin allergies and a lot of moles. As a result, I have been to several dermatologists over the years. By far, my best results were achieved with Dr. Brahmatewari. My sensitive skin no longer troubles me and thankfully my itching is a thing of the past. I am shy going to the doctor especially for skin cancer checks. My moles are on my face, breasts, back and legs. The office equipment is up to date, and Dr. Brahmatewari and his staff are very professional. I felt extremely comfortable even when I needed to have a biopsy done. The communication with his staff was easy. Dr. Brahmatewari has proved to be the best dermatologist for my complicated skin issues. I am very pleased and feel confident with his assessment. Will definitely be back for my mole checks next year.

My wife and I both visited this office. The uneasiness and distrust was felt immediately. We were told by a male nurse that it would be better if they examined us separately. I did not think much of this till I found out after my exam was done and my wife was still in the room that she was asked to strip and when the Dr came back in he was accompanied by the same male nurse. He examined her quickly then spent an uncomfortable amount of time on a spot on her inner thigh just to tell her it was normal. This was just the beginning. I paid cash for our visit, when I asked for a break down of services the receptionist hand wrote a receipt and said she would email it to me. She was blindly charging me as she had not yet seen my file. The promised email was never sent. On my follow up visit she struggled to explain the bill to me which turns out I was overcharged after discussing with my insurance company. To this day they have not returned the insurance companies calls. I paid my… copay for this visit and when I walked back the nurse told me this visit was just to set up the next visit!! WHAT?? I have never been so frustrated and felt so abused by a DR office. My fault for not trusting my initial instinct and getting out of there.

Best doctor's visit I've had in a long time. Doctor Brahmatewari is very kind and personable. Excellent and professional staff. Will definitely be coming back!

Having had skin problems all my life I have seen many dermatologists. I have to say that Dr. Brahmatewari is outstanding. Not only is he caring and improved my condtion quickly, but his staff was also very helpfull and friendly. I would highly recommend this office.

If you are looking to better the health of your skin from within, this is not the place to go. I was going here for about a year and a half and finally decided to stop going altogether. I was overcharged for a procedure (by a lot) and called the office many times over the span of several weeks and every single time the receptionist said “I’ll see what I can do and I’ll call you back” and yet I never got a call back. After a month and a half of calling and leaving messages, I got a hold of the office manager Barbara, and although kind, was unwilling to help. It wasn’t until I cancelled all my future appointments that the office finally decided to call me back, yet did not offer to reimburse or credit the full amount I was unjustly charged. You would think a doctors office would care about keeping their patients happy and healthy but this was never really the case with me. In my opinion they are only interested in selling you expensive cosmetics procedures. It’s a shame, really,… especially when some of us suffer from debilitating acne that leaves us unable to simply lay back in a chair.

From the time you walk in , you are treated with professionalism and caring. The doctor takes his time, knows his medicine and treats his patients with compassion and interest. Dr Brahmatewari is excellent!

Two of my family members have consulted Dr. Brahmatewari for dermatology issues on several occasions. Each time the experience has been absolutely positive with great skin results. I am not one who readily gives compliments and I must say that my family is most impressed with this excellent doctor, the service that he and his staff offer, the gorgeous setting and most importantly the results!

Booked an appointment. Received confirmation of the appointment in my email. When I went they told me that I was supposed to call and confirm. I looked at all the emails and not one said that I needed to confirm. They just said that my appointment was set. The said that the doctor would see me but I needed my id on me. I had half a dozen credit cards, my ss card, my insurance card and other forms of proof. I can't comment on whether the doctor was good or bad but I can tell you that the office didn't respect my time. I wouldn't use them again.
