From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and professional. I had zero problem getting scheduled for an appointment. I went in for a mole and tag removal. Dr. GREEN did a full examination and removed the areas of concern on the spot! I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family! Thank you Dr. GREEN!

When I booked this appointment (After I received a referral for Dr. Green) I was told by the office staff that "Dr. Green only sees patients once a month". I made the appointment anyhow and was given an appointment date 8 months later! Two days prior to the 8 month wait (for possible melanoma) I was called and the appointment was cancelled and rescheduled by office staff because "He wasn't going to be in that day". They actually attempted to reschedule me 6 months later until I complained. I then received an appt 2 months later (a "cancellation"). The appointment was rushed. They knew what my visit was for (excision of a subcutaneous cyst) which should have been done on the spot (I have them before). Dr. Green "didn't have enough time" to remove it then and wanted me to come back and told me to schedule another appointment for the removal. I changed doctors. It is true most Derm Drs want to only do fillers, botox, resilin and wrinkles all month instead of practicing… Dermatology. Cosmetic procedures are all cash cows vs. the $28 insurance reimbursement they get for an office visit. It is a disgrace.

Great doctor but very hard to get appointment I cannot understand why there are no dermatologists who can attend to acute skin problems right away (not acute enough for ER where you can spend hundreds of dollars) most family physicians have little or no knowledge on skin diseases so they refer to dermatologists, most dermatologists would rather take cosmetic patients (botox etc) what do patients do but wait 2 months for an appointment meanwhile the skin condition WORSENS. THERE HAS TO BE A BETTER WAY!!!
