Dr. Katherine Donovan Mccleary, MD

I have been with this primary care system for 30 years. with numerous Drs. Recently I had to see McCleary for a physical as it had been almost 2 years due to COVID no appts. I waited 30 mins. Finally the Dr. came in. NOW this is a physical. She told me numerous times to FOCUS and speak only when questioned and only ONE topic. If I wanted to discuss anything else then I would have to make other appointments. This was a "wellness" check only! As I was sitting there I noticed a tick latched onto my arm. I said oh I have a tick. She got mad, literally frustrated. Put her arms in the air and said can we focus! I said well can I have a kleenex or a alcohol wipe. She said NO you can wait! My physical was less than TEN mins. She looked in my mouth, and listened to my heart. THAT IS IT! And she gave me a alcohol pad at the end for the tick. Then she was GONE. I was humiliated & furious. How can this be a physical? you are not allowed to discuss ANYTHING. I filed a complaint and have heard… nothing! AND get this I just got a bill for pathology? I called what it this? Can you believe she billed the insurance company for the tick!!! Disgraceful is all I can say.

Dr McCleary is wonderful. She always makes me at ease and is very attentive to any and all concerns. All the staff is awesome!

I have been coming to Lincoln Pediatrics for 19.5 years. Dr Hines has been the primary provider for my 3 boys. I have never been disappointed with an office visit. When we are here, he always makes us feel like we are his only patients. I never feel rushed and he takes the time to answer any questions and/or concerns I may have.

we schedule both our kids around his availability because he is always so kind and gentle with the kids. We always take his suggestions to heart and everything so far has been spot on weather its in relation to health or even how to discipline or get your kids to eat more well rounded meals.

Dr Hines has been caring for my son for years. He is a great combination of pure professionalism and a much needed sense of humor. This helps to put both patient and parents at ease. Also willing to spend as much time as needed with you so that when you leave, all your questions are answered. I have and would continue to recommend Dr Hines!

Dr Hines is an amazing pediatrician. He is thoughtful, thorough and a true expert in his field. Both of my children have seen him their whole lives. He is a great listener and takes a conservative approach to care with close monitoring. He cares about my kids' health and his attention to their care does not end at the visit. I appreciate his perspective on child behavior as well and look to him as my best resource on tough questions that I've had as a parent. He is simply the best!

first time visiting with dr. hines for my sons 18mo wellness checkup. He took his time examining my son as well as took time to answer any questions. My son wasn't feeling well and was a little cranky and Dr hines was able to keep him calm. would recommend him to anyone.
