Dr. Katrina Vonwerssowetz Gooden, MD

Like the title says. Katrina is the best Primary Care Doctor I have had in my adult life. I had been suffering from several "mystery ailments" for a number of years...been to several specialist etc. to no avail. Katrina spent the time to listen to me, understand my situation and was able to help me identify the issues I was having and offered me solid solutions that have had a significant effect on my quality of life. Not to mention she is a very personable wonderful person. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Switched to Katrina after going through 3 or 4 other doctors, all of which prescribed anxiety and or mood stabilizing meds for IBS, fatigue, brain fog and weight gain symptoms. I knew it was my thyroid but they didn't want to listen or do anything to figure out what was wrong. Dr Gooden listened. So far we've discovered a 2cm nodule on my thyroid and are awaiting more tests to figure out what it is and if it is what has been making feel ill. I am so thankful for a Dr who listened to me.

This is the best doctor I have ever been to ! She spends time listening to your needs and really cares about you . She has a great personality and a great nurse named Shannon . I would never choose another family doctor again . ð???

Having been a sickly child, I have been to many healthcare providers over the years. Each has their unique style personally - and their staff and culture speak volumes about the care received. With Dr. Gooden I have been very impressed. She is professional and engaging - and willing to spend the time necessary to figure out a diagnosis or a plan of action. She speaks with you - and not at you. Her nurse and staff are similar in their positive professionalism. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to improve their primary healthcare experience.
