Dr. Kelli Renae Arntzen, MD

Dr. Arntzen saved my life. I had a mrsa infection that I was unaware of that easily would have caused complications if I did not get it checked.

I've been seeing Dr. Arnzten for about 12 years now and I would definitely say that the last year and a half the practice has really kicked it up to the next level. Now they have a pretty easy to use online booking system, they answer their phone a lot better, and they have a few new services I've tried like trusculpt (which was really successful for me). I've always found that this practice puts good patient care as its number 1 objective. This has made me really comfortable going back to them year after year since I've had a few unfortunate and embarrassing skin issues.

Charged me for a visit after she said she wouldn’t given she couldn’t treat my condition. She offered a prescription, and referred me to another doctor in the practice. On third try, billing finally got back to me and reluctantly offered a refund, but stated the doctor didn’t remember our conversation. I paid in full, and left the practice after 4 years as a patient. Wasn’t about the money. How do you trust a doctor who doesn’t keep her word or take better notes, not to mention poor customer service from the billing department. 3 tries to get a call back. I do not recommend her or this practice.

I found doctor Arntzen to be very professional, very thorough, and very pleasant. I highly recommend her.
