Dr. Ford is very nice, however be prepared to wait on average of an hour and a half to two hours for your appointment. They tell you each time that she had an emergency with a patient, however a few nurses have finally told me that it’s just because she is always late and then gets backed up. I have been in severe pain for a couple months and nobody seems to know what’s wrong. I have tried lots of medications, and her recommendations included “running warm water over the area that hurts” and “asking people to give me a massage”....I have called her practice asking to be prescribed a stronger medication three different times. I never heard back from anybody. I woke up this morning with a message in my patient portal saying they have no further recommendations and that she won’t prescribe stronger pain medications. I’m leaving this useless practice, thank you for allowing me to suffer.

Dr. Kelly Ford has been my PCP for years. She is the best PCP I have had (I'm nearly 80 years of age). She is caring, competent, knowledgeabe, has great listening skills, is clear in any communications. I love her!

As my PCP over many, many years, Dr. Ford has consistently listened well, diagnosed accurately, prescribed medication with my input, discussed with me in detail any and all medical issues. She is kind, caring, competent, has great listening skills, and doesn't rush through visits, being sure we have covered all issues during the visit.

Patient, knowledgeable, listens well, refers you to people she knows and trusts (when possible) if you need a referral. Is open to discussion of treatment options, follows up even when I have seen another doctor in her practice. Gives me the impression she cares about me my health. Cannot imagine a better physician to have as my doctor.

I have found her a good fit for me and my special needs daughter. At times the wait has been longer but I feel that the preceding patient needed that extra time for a reason. I'm glad she's my doctor.
