No longer Hatfield medical! Now village medical out of Houston texas! You can not call the local office! Run run run. Find a local doctor with a local office

Over prescribed opioid with no concern for patient mental state of mind.

referred me to some very bad "speacialists" with no follow up

Was new to Mesa in 2002, needed a doctor to see disabled child for bad ear infection. Took my kid to Dr. Lewis and very satisfied. Planning to return to Mesa and to this doctor. I found him to be very good and concerned. Would recommend and have.

I have been treated by Dr.Lewis for over 10 yrs now and he has always been very thorough so much I wont schedule with any other doctor at this facility but him. He recently has started to only work out of a new office in Mesa instead of the Gilbert location and I will make the much longer trip to Mesa just to see him. When he needed to he referred me to specialist to treat RA and orthopedic surgeon. He has never been quick to write scripts with me so I am amazed at what is being said here.He takes time answer all my questions and makes me feel comfortable too ! Would recommend him to my family members (and have) and to everyone else.

I was on high blood pressure medicine from the injuries i sustained from an auto accident, and it was time for me to start 'weening' myself off the meds. He brought my dosage down to 1x a day instead of 2x. Within a week I started getting terrible headaches and just not feeling good so I went in, though Lewis was not in for the week, so I seen someone else. It turns out the specific blood pressure medicine i was taking was intended to be taken 2-3 times a day because it doesnt last a full 24 hours. Needless to say, I was given the version of the medicine designed for 1x a day and have felt great. He also lost my leave of absence papers for work, took 1 1/2 weeks to fill them out a second time, and accused me of being addicted to my pain meds because I was taking a high dose 4x a day. Even though that is what the hospital prescribed and it was written on the bottle. He lowered the dosage and through out the others. Even the high dosage I still had pain but tolerable. Lower dosage did… not work, took more than he wanted, and found another doctor soon after.

A kindergarten doc who doesn't practice medicine, but works as an agent for insurance and a drug pusher for Big Pharma. Lewis' answer to everything is a prescription for some kind of med. Failure as a diagnostician. He actually refused to provide me with life-sustaining treatment for severe a neurological infection. has no understanding of chronic illnesses caused by chronic intracellular pathogens. Sent my husband for testing for 2 years and still hasn't come up with a diagnosis. Instead, he reamed another doctor for not making the proper diagnosis of one of his other patients. a man who lives in a glass house should not throw stones. Like I said, he's a KinderDoc, so if you have a cold and you need a doctor to tell you that is your problem, go see Lewis. However, if you have a real medical issue, don't waste precious time and resources on this guy, who fails to use his brain except for spelling out medications on his prescription pad.
