This Doctor is Classless and has zero Kooth. Don’t waist your time going there if u would like a good cardiologist!

A good friend recommended Dr. Bender to me. I needed a primary doctor, mainly for my yearly wellness check ups that were fully covered by Medicare on an annual basis. My first visit went quite well. Dr. Bender was cordial and his office staff professional. A year later, I was told by Dr. Bender's office that it was OK for me to have another yearly wellness check up. Shortly after my visit, I was billed $ 111. I questioned the reason for it because Medicare always paid for the wellness check ups as long as they were not performed more than once a year. Dr. Bender's billing department used some lame excuse and would not change the incorrect code they used when billing Medicare. It was confirmed by Medicare that my visit was approved, and I should not be billed. My letter to Dr. Bender, which I delivered to his office personally, was unanswered. I feel that the treatment I received from Dr. Bender was wrong and unethical.

Joanne is incredible but the staff is unbearable. They forget to call in prescriptions, they don't call to remind you of your appointment and they NEVER follow up on any test results and when you call them, they have no idea what you're talking about and just keep you on hold.

Dr. Bender made the right diagnosis at the exact right time and saved my life. Any questions!!
