I am so happy my husband and I found Dr. Rosenbach and Missy they are very professional in every way. Yes it’s a very busy office but I will wait as long as I need to for his care. He has many other patients who needs him as well. I am very lucky to live close. He spends time with you and explains everything thoroughly. We have even called him on a weekend and he spent time making us feel he truly cares. We also belong to the support groups in which Dr Rosenbach himself attends after he has worked all day. I don’t think he ever takes a break. He truly cares for his patients. Honestly I have never met a Dr who was as compassionate and caring about his patients. I am a nurse and his patient. Whoever has him for their Dr. is very lucky.

Yet he destroyed me over the years and it hurt my heart and health. I do not want to hurt him yet his staff was aweful. They truly hurt many. He and I had a great working relationship I thought. I have many health issues I had trusted him but his staff runs his life sadly. He lied about my health and they lost many of my records. Sadly I had to stop seeing him. Be your own advocate if you see him. He really is a smart dr. It saddens me terribly.

It is unfortunate that I can not rate this office higher and I will never return. The doctor, once I finally got an appointment, was wonderful but I am not sure how he is ok with the office staff that he has. My appointment had been rescheduled at least twice after my initial visit with the doctor. The "scheduler" was unprofessional and very immature and then was transferred to the office manager who might have been the one to train the scheduler because she was even worse. I finally got around to asking for my results of my bloodwork to be sent to me and she hung up on me.

The WORST experience in my entire life. A bunch on incompetent uncaring without any compassion! Shame on you

Great doctor .He takes the time to listen and answer all my questions. He is very knowledgeable in my condition. He is a great choice if you have any immune issues.
