Caring bedside manner, he explained my procedure thoroughly. He was so nice it was like talking to a friend not a doctor. I have recommended him to several people and will continue to recommend him. I have much confidence in him and only wish that all of my other doctors were as wonderful.

I went to him for a cystoscope. After being prepped for the exam I was left on a very uncomfortable table with fluorescent lights glaring in my eyes for over a half hour. The tables caused discomfort to my head and neck. I placed my hands behind my head in a attempt to raise it and get some relief which after a while caused my shoulder to ache. When he finally entered the room he took offense at being asked why I had to be uncomfortable for so long. He immediately became defensive and rude, and told me that he did not think this relationship was going to work and stormed out of the room like a pouting child. I would recommend that no one go to this man. I sure hope he did not learn this in medical school, I suspect that is his ego.

Called 6 weeks prior to needing appt. 2 days before appt they called to cancel. had to wait 3 more weeks for appt only for them to call me 2 days before appt and confirm appt but call back an hour later. waited 9 weeks for an appt to be cancelled twice. was told they couldn't guarantee all appts wouldn't be cancelled. is the doctor too busy playing golf to see patients.

Very through Doctor. Seems very concerned. Almost no wait time. Had to wait a couple of weeks for appointment. He's very busy.

Dr. Spires and his associates are the best, they have helped me over the past 2 years and they have gone above and beyond to find out what was the best treatment for me. He had to perform a difficult surgery and did it wonderfully plus followed up with me on a daily basis while in the hospital and his staff when i was discharged. I highly recommend his office.
